Conference Room

Located in the heart of the San Francisco Financial District, just two blocks North of the Montgomery Street BART Station.

  • The room seats approximately 22 people around a large, boardroom-style table.
  • Tables can be configured in classroom style, if desired.
  • Tables can be removed entirely, providing theater-style seating for up to 30.
  • The room is available from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, and at other times by prior arrangement.
  • Included are wired and wireless internet connections, TV/VCR, dry erase board, 5’ x 5’ projection screen, and an easel.
  • Please feel free to bring food and drink into the room.  There are two restaurants in the Mills Building that can handle your catering needs:  Café Venue (415) 989-1144 and The Sandwich Company (415) 956-4137.  Many other restaurants are located near by. 
  • Library staff is available to assist with sending and receiving faxes, copying documents and other support functions.
  • Rental Fee:  $65 per hour.  The maximum all day charge is $225.
  • Please cancel your reservation no less than 24 hours before the time you reserved the room or you will be charged the full cost for the time reserved.
